I am Sunny Thottakara, a 69-year-old retired banker. I've been dealing with high blood pressure and diabetes for over 20 years. As if that weren't enough, I also battled bouts of vertigo, which left me feeling disoriented and weak. It was a challenging time, and I wasn't sure if I would ever regain my strength and zest for life.
However, in 2021, I embarked on a life-changing journey with the guidance of Dr. Prasad, a remarkable healthcare professional. Dr. Prasad's treatment was nothing short of miraculous, and it played a pivotal role in my recovery and transformation.
Under Dr. Prasad's careful supervision, I began to regain my health and confidence. His treatment plan focused on improving my overall well-being, and I could feel the positive changes in my body and mind and long-standing hypertension and diabetes issues.
One of my fondest memories during this journey is standing atop Meesapulimala, the second-highest peak in South India. This challenging trekking expedition was a testament to the incredible progress I had made under Dr. Prasad's care. Standing there, I felt pure joy and thankfulness, taking in the stunning views. I couldn't help but think about how much I'd improved in body and spirit.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Prasad for being my guiding light through the darkest times of my life. With his exceptional medical care and heartfelt concern for my health, I've transitioned from someone facing a formidable health battle to a true conqueror. I am living proof that with the right medical team and a determined spirit, one can overcome even the most daunting challenges. Thank you, Dr. Prasad, for helping me reach the pinnacle of my life's journey.

Words from Jilson – Cousin and fellow trekker
A remarkable achievement by Sunny Thottakara in conquering the Meesapulimala, the second highest peak in South India. It was his sheer willpower and positive attitude that paved the way to reaching the summit. There were moments when I wondered if we might need to call in the air ambulance. 😉 But he proved us all wrong and upon reaching the summit, the sense of satisfaction and happiness was clearly visible on his face. Kudos to Sunny Chetan, who is stepping into his 70s, for this remarkable feat. 👍
In the accompanying pictures, you'll find our fellow trekkers, all in their 20s, and our tribal guide, who was incredibly fit.
